We offer a variety of studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans designed to fit your lifestyle. Studio efficiencies start at 420 square feet, multiple one-bedroom floor plans from open spaces to more traditional spaces with up to 881 square feet, and spacious two-bedroom layouts reach 1,142 square feet. We also offer loft-style homes ranging from 420 to 1,140 square feet.
Our homes feature hardwood-style floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer-dryers, USB outlets and soft-close cabinets, every detail is designed for both convenience and style. Select homes boast large windows that flood the space with natural light, walk-in showers, spacious patios, double vanities, large kitchen islands, breakfast counters, pantries, ten-foot ceiling and much more!
The community features a fully equipped gym with treadmills, a rowing machine, cardio bikes, yoga balls, a hoist machine, a virtual trainer, and free weights. Residents can also enjoy convenient amenities like our pet spa, bike maintenance and storage, along with a rooftop lounge equipped with grills, fire pits, cornhole, and a TV - perfect for relaxing or catching your favorite shows under the open sky!
Our maintenance team responds to routine requests within one business day, and urgent issues are prioritized for even faster service. You can easily submit requests online or by phone, and you'll receive timely updates throughout the process until the issue is resolved.

Each apartment can accommodate up to two pets—cats or dogs are both welcome. Pet fees include a $300 non-refundable fee, a $300 refundable deposit, and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Please note breed restrictions apply, inquiry with leasing team.

Your pets will feel right at home with our dedicated amenities, including a fenced, roof top pet run and a pet spa featuring grooming and drying stations that are perfect for keeping them pampered and fresh!
Residents can reserve underground parking stalls, request guest passes, and access gated entries using mobile credentials. EV charging stations are also available and can be managed through the resident portal. Monthly rates apply, inquiry with leasing team.
At Ion Town Center we know that internet speed is important and offer multiple high-speed internet options to choose from including: Ziply Fiber – Plans available up to 50 Gbps and Xfinity (Cable) – Speeds up to 1 Gbps. XFiniti also has an Instant On (WiFi ready) device in every unit.
The RapidRide E Line on Aurora Avenue gets you downtown Seattle in about 30 minutes. Shoreline North/185th Light Rail Station, just 1.6 miles away, offers fast southbound connections. Plus, Aurora Village park-and-ride provides express buses and plenty of convenient parking.
Downtown is just a 20-minute drive via I-5 during off-peak hours. Prefer transit? The Light Rail gets you there in 22 minutes—no traffic delays. Buses also run frequently, with departures every 10 minutes.
Meridian Park Elementary, Einstein Middle, and Shorewood High serve the community, all located within two miles making it easy for students to walk or bike. The Shoreline School District is well-supported by local funding, providing strong programs in arts, science, and sports.
Just four blocks east, Interurban Trail offers miles of paved paths perfect for biking and jogging. For waterfront relaxation, Richmond Beach Saltwater Park is a 10-minute drive west, featuring stunning Puget Sound views and seasonal off-leash areas for pets. Plus, numerous local pocket parks provide playgrounds and picnic spots right in your neighborhood.
Residents enjoy convenient access to a variety of shopping options, including grocery stores like Safeway, Trader Joe’s, and Town & Country Market. Larger retailers such as Costco, Fred Meyer, and Northgate Station are also nearby. Local shopping centers like Shoreline Marketplace and Town Center at Lake Forest Park offer a great mix of shops, dining, and services just minutes away.
Cromwell Park is just four blocks south and offers a modern playground, splash pad, and wide-open lawns perfect for play. Twin Ponds Park, 1.3 miles east, features scenic ponds, walking loops, and shaded play areas. Both parks are easily accessible, about 5 minutes by bike or 10-minute walk!
We are conveniently located! Shoreline Community College is just 2.1 miles away, only a 6-minute drive. Head 5.5 miles south and you’ll reach North Seattle College in about 11 minutes. Edmonds College is located 4.5 miles north in Lynnwood, just a 9-minute drive. For those attending the University of Washington, the main campus is 9 miles away and typically takes around 14 minutes by car.
UW Medicine Primary Care at Aurora Village offers same-day appointments and on-site lab services. Just 6 miles north, Swedish Edmonds Hospital provides comprehensive emergency care along with a range of specialty medical services.
